The Day Of Delivery
As we utilise direct home delivery services and a national courier, to deliver your orders, we are unfortunately unable to provide an exact time for delivery as this is at the carriers discretion. Delivery times are usually between, but not restricted to, the hours of 08:00 and 18:00. It is assumed that the delivery address is accessible by large lorry, if this is likely to be a problem, please contact us to inform us about any restrictions on Receipt Of Goods & Checking Of Goods. Once a delivery date is booked in and you wish to cancel an order may be subject to a cancellation / handling charge. This can be up to 20% of the goods value.
As is standard in our industry, all couriers are only able to deliver items to the kerbside of your delivery address, and are not permitted to enter your property.
Please remember, your delivery may be heavy & bulky, so we recommend that there is adequate help available to bring the delivery indoors. It's entirely possible that your order may be delivered on a large delivery truck, so please do let us know if there are likely to be any access problems, and we can inform the courier that a lighter vehicle is required.
If we are unable to deliver your order because you were not available on the agreed delivery date, or if there is a problem with gaining access to the road/property which we've not been made aware of, you may be liable for a re-delivery fee.
To help us provide you with the best possible delivery service, we arrange deliveries directly from our suppliers to save unnecessary time in transferring the goods to us first. The deliveries may come to you on either our supplier’s transport or a appointed courier who will contact you to arrange delivery on our behalf.
RETURNS
Returns due to a customer order error or cancellation for reasons other than faulty will be subject to our standard restocking/handling charge from your refund total plus any collection fee we may arrange.
If there are any problems with your order which are out of your hands, such as damages, manufacturing faults or discrepancies then we will take full responsibility for a return to us. We do ask that all problems are reported to us as soon as reasonably possible, in order to ensure that we can replace/refund.
In most cases, we will ask that you forward on imagery of any damages or faults via email, with your order reference number - this allows us to quickly resolve any issues.
Please note, when damages occur we will first offer a full replacement - refunds can only be given when no replacement product can be supplied. Damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence is not covered under our returns policy and refunds cannot be given if these terms are breached.
Checking of the goods
In the very rare event that there are any problems with the goods delivered, we recommend checking the delivery for any obvious signs of damage or unsuitability BEFORE carrying out any work on the door(s) as this may have an impact on your claim. If you think there is any damage or defects to your delivery, please inform the courier and refuse to sign for the delivery and notify us as soon as reasonably possible of this so we can correct the issue for you promptly. No claims for damaged or defective goods will be met unless reported as soon as you possibly can.
Payment For Orders
We cannot accept an order until payment has been received in full for all products and any related delivery charges. Payment is made by you at the point of order and you will be debited at the point of order.
PLEASE NOTE: THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT AFFECT YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS, COVERED UNDER THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS (INFORMATION, CANCELLATION AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES) REGULATIONS.
